The defending World Champion will be pursued by 22 competitors from around the world including American Colin Edwards on the 16-turn, 2.591-mile course that includes a portion of the famed oval.
Fans will be treated to a full three days of on-track action in MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3 and the AMA Pro Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson Series, while off the track there will be concerts and interactive fun on the popular Moto Midway and the Vendor Marketplace sponsored by Westfield Powersports. After the gates close at IMS on Friday and Saturday night, motorcycle enthusiasts are encouraged to attend Motorcycles on Meridian in downtown Indianapolis.
