The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is going to issue a report calling on all 50 States to enact a mandatory adult helmet law.

 

ABATE of Indiana has always been an advocate of adult helmet usage being a personal choice, not mandated by any Government entity.

 

Helmets have always been viewed as a safety measure after the crash. ABATE of Indiana’s focus is crash avoidance through rider education, riding straight and safe riding techniques and motorists awareness.

 

The CDC has taken a position that motorcycle safety is safer crashing.
