Senate President Pro Tem Rod Bray will convene the Senate
Aaron Meyer
In a statement issued moments ago by the office of Senate President Pro Tem Rod Bray, the Senate will convene during the week of December 8th to make a final decision regarding redistricting.
The implications are vast.
First of all, it indicates that the house will likely convene as early as Monday.
It all but eliminates the planning and prep time we assumed was given back to us.
It will likely hamper our ability to go on the offensive regarding several of our issues. Luckily, we're known as masters of defense and will continue to successfully defend Hoosier bikers from predatory legislation and Totalitarian Enactments.
What it doesn't change is the fact that we must have 200 members in the Statehouse on Tuesday, January 20th, for ABATE Day at the Statehouse. If anything, it makes it more critical. It also increases the critical need for 10,000 active members.
Look for more important alerts coming soon. These will include more information and could include calls to action and activation of the communication tree protocol, or even the possibility of an emergency ad hoc additional ABATE lobbying day. Stay on high alert.
Remaining Vigilant,
Aaron Meyer
