ABATE of Indiana respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of our members, students, event participants, and website visitors.

We do not sell your personal information to outside companies or organizations for monetary compensation.

We collect and use personal information only as necessary to administer membership services, provide motorcycle rider education, process event registrations, communicate with members, and support our organization's programs and activities.

Limited Sharing of Personal Information

As part of our membership benefits program, ABATE of Indiana provides members' names and mailing addresses to American Income Life Insurance Company for the administration and communication of available insurance benefits.

We do not provide American Income Life with members' driver's license numbers, financial information, or other sensitive personal information as part of this arrangement.

We may also share information with authorized service providers when necessary to process transactions, deliver requested services, or comply with legal requirements.

Information collected through our motorcycle rider education programs, including driver's license numbers, is used for authorized administrative purposes, including submitting training results to the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles for motorcycle endorsement processing.
